Set Yourself Up for Success

  • Get into a good habit of prepping your meals every 3-4 days or for the week ahead every Sunday.​

  • Invest in a meal carrier bag to help keep all your meals in one place. This helps tremendously for days when time is short and you need to eat on the go.

 

  • Pre pack your gym bag with your gym clothes/work clothes and shoes for easy transitioning when you have to go from work to the gym or vice versa.

Managing Your Time Wisely

  • Always plan your workout around work.

  • Get into the habit of planning everything else around your workout.

  • Tip: Read that book, watch that movie, or study that material during cardio.

Make Your Diet Enjoyable

  • Your food does not have to be bland. Explore different salt free seasoning and delicious sugar free sauces to spice up your meals. 

 

  • Making your meal pleasing to the eye will lower your cravings for meals not included in your meal plan.

 

  • Most importantly, ensure your outlook on the food you’re consuming is a healthy one. Positive outlook leads to positive results.
