ONE ON ONE ONLINE TRAINING

Plan Description: This program includes custom diet and workout plans catered to your body and your goals, that will be changed every  4 to 8 weeks with continued training. My minimum commitment for training with me is 12 weeks.

  • You will have weekly accountability check-ins and constant motivational reminders from me to get after it!

  • You will also have cellphone access to me for on-going questions, information, and etc.

How does it work?

  •  Purchase Plan.  

  • You will receive a questionnaire via email.

  •  Fill out questionnaire honestly (Very Important).

  • Send back questionnaire for plan creation.

  • Plan will be received within three to five business days.
